Wild rice cakes with smoked trout mousse and dill or wild mushroom flatbreads with local cheese.
Mocktail: Northwoods Spritz - cranberry, sprice-tip syrup, sparkling water, rosemary.

Croatia - First Course
Shopska salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, feta-style cheese, and warm bread. 
Mocktail: Adriatic Breeze – white grape juice, cucumber, mint, lemon. 

Thailand – Main Course
Green curry with chicken or tofu, served with jasmine rice. Mocktail: Bangkok Sunset – mango nectar, coconut water, lime, sparkling soda. 

Brazil – Dessert
Brigadeiros (chocolate truffles) and passionfruit mousse.
Mocktail: Amazon Cooler – passionfruit juice, lime, honey, sparkling water.
