Course 1 - Bhel Puri - a crisp and savory street snack with puffed rice, potatoes, tomatoes, garbanzo beans, cilantro-mint and tamarind-date chutneys - V, Veg, GF, DF
Course 2 - Masala Chicken Wings with garam masala, ginger, garlic, chili, and house chutney - GF, DF
Course 3 - Papad with Kachumber Salad featuring crisp lentil wafers, cucumber, tomato, onion, cilantro, lemon and spices. - V, Veg, GF, DF
Course 4 - Spinach Chicken Curry (GF, DF) and Paneer Butter Masala (V, GF) served with cumin rice (V, GF, DF) and naan (V).
